“Hi, my name is Tamsin Stewart and I am thrilled to be hosting the very first Light the Night event in Bicester.
I have worked professionally in the entertainment industry for the past 20 years, singing, dancing, acting & presenting my way across the globe – it has been a blast!
In recent years, I have become the annual host for some fantastic events. On the snowy mountains in Verbier for Richard Branson’s charity ball, up in Glasgow for the Scottish Pub & bar awards & here in Oxfordshire for ‘Carshop’ at Heythrop park.
I was delighted to be asked to be involved in this brand new series of events by Sobell House, an amazing local hospice.
Having visited Sobell recently to learn about the truly incredible work that is happening, I have seen that everything is with such love, care and compassion – it is a real sanctuary for both the patients and their families.
So, will you join us on March 23rd for the very first event of this special new fundraising series? Let’s make this a night to remember, have lots of fun, and raise as many pennies as we can for such a special place. If we come together to ‘light the night’, the wonderful work of the staff at Sobell House can continue to help as many people as possible now and in the future… We can all #lightupalife.”
You can expect lights, neon zones, fire shows, and much more as you run, jog, or walk your way around the 5k course to #lightupalife
